Refund policy

We are all human beings creating your personalized gifts, so bear with us if an accident happens and we do not catch it before it leaves our store. Any order not fulfilled 100% correctly will be either: a) refunded  or b) re-done (with no additional charge to you). 

If the information provided to us was incorrect, unfortunately the responsibility falls upon the customer.
