Shipping policy

Orders are processed as they are received and typically ship 10 business days from order placement date. However, during the holiday season, orders will not generally ship until 14 business days from the order placement date.

If you need your order sooner, please call the store PRIOR to placing you online order at 314-961-1201 to discuss details.  If rush requests can be accomodated, incremental fees will be charged. 

Shipping fees include shipping cost, handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
